Policy Statement:

Prohibition of Intoxicating Substances: The use, possession, distribution, or sale of intoxicating substances, including but not limited to alcohol, illegal drugs, and improperly used prescription medications, is strictly prohibited on company premises, during working hours, and while operating any company vehicles or equipment.

Employee Responsibility: All employees are expected to report to work free from the influence of any intoxicating substances. It is the responsibility of each employee to adhere to this policy and to notify their supervisor if they are taking any prescribed medication that may affect their ability to perform their duties safely.

Testing and Enforcement: RDJ Enterprises LLC reserves the right to conduct random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing. Any employee found to be in violation of this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Support and Resources: We are committed to supporting the well-being of our employees. Employees struggling with substance abuse are encouraged to seek assistance through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or other available resources.
